What is Shoodio?
Shoodio is an AI platform for professional product photos. You can combine your products with virtual models and backgrounds to create e-commerce-ready images.
How do credits work?
Each image generation costs credits. The amount depends on the resolution and features used. Standard generations cost 1 credit, high-resolution images or special features may cost more.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes! All images created with Shoodio belong to you and can be used commercially without restrictions - in your online shop, on social media, in advertising, etc.
Which image formats are supported?
You can upload your product images as PNG, JPG, or WebP. Generated images are exported as high-quality JPGs by default.
How long does a generation take?
A standard generation takes about 10-30 seconds. Pro users have priority and receive their images faster.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the difference is calculated proportionally; when downgrading, the new plan takes effect from the next billing period.
Are my images saved?
Yes, all generated images are saved in your account and can be downloaded at any time. You can also delete images at any time.
Is there an API?
Yes, Business customers get access to our API. This allows you to integrate Shoodio into your own workflows and systems.
How do free monthly credits work?
Pro and Agency subscribers receive free credits every month — 200 for Pro, 500 for Agency. These credits are applied automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Unused free credits expire at the end of the month and do not carry over. Credits you purchase separately never expire.
