1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shoodio.ai ("Service", "Platform"), operated by Puristo GmbH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. About Shoodio
Shoodio.ai is an AI-powered platform for creating fashion photoshoots with synthetic AI-generated models.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Shoodio (GDPR Art. 8 compliance).
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are 16 years or older
- All information provided is accurate
- You will keep your account credentials secure
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
- You must provide a valid email address
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4.2 Account Security
- Never share your password with third parties
- Use a strong, unique password
- We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure
4.3 Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from your settings
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- A 30-day recovery period applies before permanent deletion
5. AI-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
5.1 AI Models are Synthetic
All AI-generated models are fully synthetic and do not represent real people. No biometric data or personal likenesses are used in model generation.
5.2 Ownership of Generated Content
- You own the AI-generated content you create using Shoodio
- Generated images and videos remain your intellectual property
- Shoodio does not claim ownership of your generated content
5.3 License Grant to Shoodio
By using the Service, you grant Shoodio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Store and display your content on our platform
- Transmit your uploads to our AI rendering providers (see Privacy Policy §5.4) solely for the purpose of generating the content you request
- Use aggregated, anonymised usage metrics (e.g. generation counts, performance statistics) to improve the Service
No AI training: We do NOT use your uploads, prompts, or generated content to train or fine-tune AI models. This applies to our own models and to any third-party rendering provider we use.
5.4 User-Uploaded Assets
- You retain full ownership of assets you upload (apparel, backgrounds, etc.)
- You warrant that you have the right to upload and use all content
- You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights
5.5 Prohibited Content
You may not create or upload content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Sexually explicit or pornographic
- Depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of content policies may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Subscription Plans & Payments
6.1 Plan Types
- Basic (Free): Limited features, 90-day content retention
- Studio Pro: Paid subscription with enhanced features, 365-day retention
- Studio Agency: Custom enterprise solutions
6.2 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely by Paddle
- We do NOT store your credit card information
- Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
6.3 Credits System
- Credits are used to generate AI content
- Purchased Credits (one-time purchases) do not expire as long as your account is active
- Subscription Credits are allocated monthly with your subscription plan. Unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next billing period and reset at the start of each new billing cycle
- Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
6.4 Refund Policy
- Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Credit Purchases: No refunds once credits are purchased, as they are immediately available for use.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical errors or billing mistakes.
6.5 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes take effect
- Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance
6.6 Subscription Management
Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly)
- You will be charged the current subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no mid-cycle refunds)
Renewal Reminders:
- We send email reminders 7 days before your subscription renews
- Reminders include the renewal date, amount, and cancellation instructions
Failed Payment Handling:
- If payment fails, we attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days
- During this grace period, you retain full access to your subscription features
- After 7 days, if payment still fails, your subscription is automatically downgraded to the Basic (Free) plan
- You will receive email notifications about failed payments and grace period status
Plan Upgrades:
- Upgrades to higher-tier plans take effect immediately
- You will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining billing period
- Example: Upgrading from Pro to Agency mid-month charges only the difference for the remaining days
- Your next billing date remains unchanged
Plan Downgrades:
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to current-tier features until the billing period ends
- No refunds are issued for the remaining billing period
7. Referral Program
7.1 Participation
- Every registered user can participate in the referral program
- Self-referrals are not permitted
- Manipulative methods (fake accounts, spam) lead to immediate exclusion
7.2 User Referrals (Tier 1)
- 20% of purchased credits as commission (not applicable to memberships)
- Commission applies for the lifetime of each referred user
- Credits are automatically awarded after a successful transaction
- No claim to cash payout
7.3 Partner Program (Tier 2)
- Participation requires approval by Shoodio
- 20% commission on all payments (credits + memberships)
- Minimum payout: EUR 50
- Payout: monthly via bank transfer or PayPal
- Shoodio reserves the right to modify or terminate partner status
- Commission reversal applies when the referred user receives a refund
7.4 Termination
- Users can stop referring at any time (no cancellation required)
- Partner status can be ended by either party
- Outstanding commissions are paid out upon termination
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
8.1 Uptime
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
8.2 Changes to Service
- We may add, modify, or remove features at any time
- Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications
8.3 No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Shoodio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
11. Data Retention & Deletion
- Basic Plan: Generated content is automatically deleted after 90 days
- Pro+ Plans: Content retained up to 365 days or until manual deletion
- Account Data: Retained until account deletion (30-day recovery period applies)
- Payment Records: Retained for 10 years (Austrian legal requirement)

12. Third-Party Services
Shoodio integrates with third-party services:
- Supabase: Hosting and authentication
- Paddle: Payment processing
- Resend: Email delivery
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
13. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time from your settings.
12.2 By Shoodio
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Use the Service in a harmful or abusive manner
12.3 Effect of Termination
- Access to the Service will be revoked immediately
- Generated content may be deleted after the applicable retention period
- No refunds will be issued for prepaid subscription fees
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Austrian Law.
13.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wels, Austria.
13.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating legal action, please contact us at info@shoodio.ai to attempt informal resolution.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via:
- Email notification
- In-app notification banner
- Changelog available at /terms
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
